The app now charges extra for accessing older audiobooks, even for premium subscribers, moving them to the VIP section. This reflects a revenue-driven strategy, acknowledging premium subscriptions alone aren't sufficient. In contrast, the other app sustains itself solely through ads and coin purchases, making its model more straightforward. If the first app aims to emulate its competitor, it should consider adopting a similar, less complicated approach to maintain user trust and satisfaction.

Dodgy app. I signed up and didn't like it. And when I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, it would not let me do it. It keeps saying "Your cancellation was unsuccessful". I would recommend avoiding this app. Update: I sent you the email and wait for your response. If I am charged I will dispute the fee.

Hello there, I am glad using the app for quite a while like around few months daily. However whenever there is switch between WiFi and mobile network and vice versa crashes the app and it's showing no network. This makes me lose interest listening the story. Kindly fix this and change my mind to rate 5/5 since rest of the features are good. All the best! Regards, Nirmal.
